Today was an absolutely perfect summer day. There was not a cloud in the sky and not a breath of wind. Here is Sam and Jenna playing in Granny's front garden with Sam's new bubble machine!

- We have recently immigrated to Scotland - Edinburgh with our family. Samantha 9, Jennavieve 1 and Baby Walker 3 due in 4-6 weeks. We have been here for a week now and we are really enjoying it. There is loads to do still but we'll get there!! We have been here a little over a year now and lots and lots has happened. We now own our own house in Edinburgh, Dalkeith where we are settled for now. Sam is in the local school and has made loads of friends. Jenna has just started nursery, but for the past year has been going with me to a toddler group every Wed where we have made some friends as well. Olivia whom we call Lily actually arrived 3 weeks and 5 days early and is already 1 year old. Allan and I are settling slowly but we miss South Africa very much and long for our family and friends. Our lifestyle in the UK is completely different to the lifestyle we had in SA but we're giving it our best shot!!
